Install Data Walker Firmware

Connect your Data Walker device to this computer with a USB cable, then click the button below. Your browser will detect the device and flash the latest firmware in about 30 seconds.

What You'll Need
  • 1A computer running Chrome, Edge, or Opera (Firefox and Safari do not support WebSerial)
  • 2A USB cable that supports data (not just charging — some cables are charge-only)
  • 3The Data Walker device, powered off or in download mode
What Happens During Install
  1. 1You click “Connect Device” — your browser asks which USB device to connect to.
  2. 2Pick the Data Walker from the list (usually appears as “USB Serial” or “CH340”).
  3. 3The browser reads the device's chip ID, then streams the new firmware over USB.
  4. 4The device restarts automatically into the new firmware.
  5. 5All your previous calibration data is preserved.
